Liga Gifts shall be excused from performing its obligations relating to your purchase of products from the Website, including timely delivery of your purchase, if it is prevented or delayed in such performance by conditions that constitute force majeure, such as acts of God, acts of terrorism, labor disturbances, authority of law, fire or explosion, epidemic, war, insurrection, or any similar causes beyond its control.
